Enforced recovery of unpaid hull insurance

The car of the citizen T. was involved in accident and seriously damaged. The situation was even more complicated by the fact that there was still outstanding loan for the car. The car was insured under hull insurance, but T. did not receive any insurance payments.

The lawyer of our bar prepared a claim to the insurance company and the court. The lawyers had to defend the customer’s rights in the courts of two instances as the insurance company tried to prove that T. did not transfer the damaged car to them. But due to the proper actions of the lawyers, our client received the insurance payments and a large amount of penalty as well.
