In 2015, K. applied to us to assist in a complex inheritance dispute. Using the trust of K., his brother registered their mother’s apartment only in his own name. The situation was even more complicated by the fact that K. expressed HIS CONSENT to registration of the apartment in his brother’s name before the court as there was an oral agreement between them on further distribution of inheritance. But K.’s brother preferred to use the inheritance on his own without sharing it with the relative.
K. applied to the court to return his share of inheritance.
With the participation of the lawyer of the bar ‘Lawyer Mikhail Babin and Colleagues’, this complex dispute was resolved in the court in favor of our client. K. got the right of OWNERSHIP of ½ of the apartment.
