Reversal of the decision on exclusion of a citizen of Armenia from the Russian Federation

The citizen of Armenia G. was accused of administrative offense (evasion of leaving the Russian Federation) and sentenced to a fine and exclusion from the territory of the Russian Federation. Despite 2 lost cases, G. continued to defend his rights and applied to us.

Upon examination of the case, the lawyer found the way to prove that citizen G. does not violate the legislation staying in the territory of Russia. The Supreme Court of Russia considered the claim prepared by our lawyer and reversed the decision on a fine and exclusion.
